Last chance to catch London’s ‘radically explosive’ film festival

Goldsmiths hosts evening of award-winning picks from London Short Film Festival

Those that missed out on the London International Short Film Festival can catch up this Thursday at Goldsmiths.

The university is hosting a ‘best of’ session during which top award-winning flicks from the festival will be shown in the college’s impressive New Academic Building cinema.

The Guardian has hailed the festival as being the best of its kind in the world, and this year it boasted a packed programme that aired in independent cinemas across London.

The short film smorgasbord will be distilled down into one last showing, with select films being presented from 6pm on Thursday. It’s your last chance to catch what festival organisers call “the city’s most expansive and radically explosive film festival.”

The Best of the London International Short Film Festival starts at 6pm on Thursday, in Goldsmiths’ New Academic Building.
