It’s Easter weekend in East London! Why not give your kids more of a treat than the usual chocolate eggs? Find out what’s going on for your family in your borough over the weekend!

Easter Fete – Free Family Day

Sunday March 31. 12pm-4pm

 

On Easter Sunday at Sutton House, Homerton High Street, there will be a range of activities for children under 12 plus families. Make your own Easter crowns, chicks, cards, pin the tail on the bunny and race in the egg and spoon race.

Tower Hamlets

Cutty Sark Egg Hunt

March 29- April 1

 

An Easter egg hunt will take place around the Cutty Sark from between 10am to 5pm.

Mile End

All ages are welcome to Mile End Park this Easter weekend for a fun filled afternoon of Easter egg scavenger hunts, crafts and workshops.

The Horniman Museum is hosting an Easter Egg hunt, arts and craft sale, food stalls and dance. Kids will learn how to jive like a bunny with the hourly classes. It will be educational too – children will be able to learn about bunnies from rabbit welfare experts.
