For the first time EastLondonLines ask our readers about their favourite place to wine and dine. Help us name some of the best venues that make your neighbourhood special.
You might have been to a great pop-up bar in Hoxton, tasted the burger of your life at a joint in Lewisham, or indulged in a rich chocolate dessert at your favourite restaurant in Croydon.
Now is your chance to tell us about it – and support the local places that you love.
CAST YOUR VOTE NOW in ELL Readers’ Choice and you might just win one of the amazing prizes.
You can vote for any restaurant, coffee bar, cafe or pop-up venue in Hackney, Tower Hamlets, Croydon and Lewisham, that you feel deserves recognition.
The competition runs until January 3, and the most popular venues and restaurants will be featured on ELL in February.
Vote now for a chance to win:

Hoxton Mini Press is a new and independent publishing company making art books about East London, one of the city’s most exciting and vibrant areas. They work with the most talented photographers, illustrators and writers to make books worth keeping for your grandchildren.
The Spread Eagle in Croydon looks like a traditional pub, with taps full of real ales and shelves of Irish whiskey, but as pub manager Robin Butler puts it, it is “not just about serving drinks. It’s about personalities, it’s about being more than your average pub.” The pub hosts special events, runs regular theatre shows and a cinema. See the program for 2014 here.
Olympic Park sculptor Martin Richman has designed a special T-shirt range to raise money for Hackney’s creative community. You have a chance to win one of the special edition T-shirts by casting your vote now.
Gingerline, one of London’s hottest culinary adventures, offers food lovers immersive dining experiences in secret locations along the Overground in east London. You will get the chance to experience the thrilling event yourself if you win the two tickets up for grabs.
All the lucky winners of the prizes above will be randomly drawn from the total poll of people that voted. Once you have voted you automatically participate in the draw. The winners will be contacted directly after the competition has closed in January.
