Two men have been arrested and charged with supplying class A drugs following the death of 16-year-old Daniel Spargo-Mabbs.

The Croydon sixth-former reportedly suffered a bad reaction to ecstasy and died in hospital on Monday after attending a rave at an industrial site in west London.

Nicqueel Pitrora, 18, of London Road, Croydon, and Ryan Kirk, 20, of Puffin Close, Beckenham, have both been charged with supplying Class A drugs and possession of cannabis.

The pair have been remanded in custody and are due to appear at Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court later today.

A third man, aged 19, has been bailed until a date in late March, pending further investigation.
