Twenty-seven of Croydon’s food outlets have been slapped with ‘zero’ food hygiene ratings after the latest inspections by Croydon Council.

Any food outlet given a ‘zero’ rating is required to make “urgent improvements” to its hygiene practices. Eastlondonlines has created a map listing the 27 outlets.

Recently the Food Standards Agency launched its ‘Where’s The Sticker?’ campaign which aims to encourage diners to look for the FSA rating stickers before eating at a food outlet. Some outlets have been found not displaying these or displaying stickers with higher ratings.
