Pancake Day Challenge

About: Legendary diner Breakfast Club are challenging Londoners to eat their way through a stack of 12 pancakes in 12 minutes or less. If you win, your meal is on the house. If you lose, you’ll pay the full price (£20) with all profits donated to local charities. There’s no need to book, just rock up to any Breakfast Club cafe at any time on Feb 28 and try your hand at the challenge. All entrants get a free keyring.

Cut Festival 2017 – The Art of Barbering

About: An unprecedented multidisciplinary art festival across East London barbershops, Toynbee Studios, Archive Gallery and online broadcasts. Barbers will be giving haircuts to the homeless for free. Through newly commissioned work, and a curated programme, the festival will bring together established and emerging artists, barbers and activists who creatively use the history, politics and craft of barbering to explore themes of gender, community and social healing in their respective practices.

Croydon Roller Derby vs. Harbour Girls Hamburg
