Capoeira

About: This class will teach you the basic movements of capoeira, whilst getting fit and having fun at the same time. You will also learn things like handstands, the history and rituals of capoeira and learn to play the cultural instruments.

Plus a large selection of traditional German foods plus those all important steins!

Cia Maduixa Presents DOT
