Save yourself the hassle and money across the Bonfire Night period, and enjoy an organised fireworks event. Here are some fireworks displays going on across our East London Lines boroughs.  

Tower Hamlets 

  • Mayor of Tower Hamlets Fireworks 2018 

FREE: Taking place in Victoria Park on 4 November, gates open from 5.30pm until 9.00pm. The theme will be monstrous, inspired by Frankenstein. There will be food stalls and music from the opening, the display will last until 7.00pm. Warning: strobe and flashing lights used throughout, no dogs are allowed unless they are certified for assistance. 

  

Lewisham  

  • Blackheath Fireworks 

FREE: Blackheath’s annual Fireworks display will take place on 3 November. The funfair will begin at 12.00pm and the food and bar stalls will open from 5pm. The display will start at 8.00pm and last around 15 minutes. No dogs are allowed unless they are certified for assistance.  

  • Handmade food – Dine and watch the display 

3 November, Handmade food restaurant in Blackheath are hosting two seating’s for you to dine and watch the fireworks. At 5.30pm and 8.45pm, guests can indulge in a four-course meal for £30pp, the display begins at 8.00pm – guests will have to make a reservation. There is a vegetarian menu available for £26pp.  

  • Crystal Palace Fireworks 

Adult (11+) £9.50, Child (3-10yrs) £5.00, Infant (2 and under) Free. With gates opening from 6.00pm on 5 November, there will be two displays, one at 7pm with fewer bangs for younger children with a light show to follow. The main display will begin at 8.30pm and include a choreographed light show.

 

 Hackney 

  • Hackney Bonfire Night Fireworks Display  

£2.75 – £8.25: Live music, street performances, street food and bars are all things you can find at this years Clissold Park display. The gates will open at 5.00pm with the display starting at 7.30pm, suitable for all ages there will also be a children’s village and sparkler zone.  

 

Croydon  

  • Family Fireworks 

£3.00: 4 November at St Francis Monks Hill there will be a family fireworks display. With your £3 ticket you will receive a free hotdog.  

  • Chipstead Valley Primary School Fireworks Display  

Adults £4.50 in advance, £5 on the door/Children £3/Under 3s Free: 28 October, the gates will open at 5.00pm and the display will begin at 6.00pm. You are not allowed to bring your own fireworks, sparklers or alcohol.
