Missing woman found safe and well

A Metropolitan Police appeal to the public to help them find a missing Sydenham woman has been successful.

Dion Hall, 45, had been missing from her home since 4 p.m. May 13.

The Met Police have announced that she was was found on Thursday evening in the Kensington and Chelsea area: ”We thank the media for their assistance with this matter.”

She has been reported as “safe and well.”

The tears are streaming down his face as he gracefully accepts a tissue. He is not embarrassed to cry, but rather he seems relieved, as he looks down at the dog by his feet. “I love him to bits. I really just love him to bits”, he says, his voice quivering at the thought of the dog being ‘put down’. The coloured tree ‘jumpers’ are placed in the middle of the living room table like a grandiose centerpiece. Almost like exhibits in a museum, they possess a dual trait: they long to be touched, but are too precious to find someone courageous enough to do it. They belong to 30-year-old textile artist Kirstie Macleod, who’s coloured knitted leggings contrast with the industrial interior of her converted textile factory flat in Hackney. (more…)
