Police have released a new image of a suspected rapist after he was caught on CCTV at the Soho club where his male victim worked.

The alleged rape took place at the victim’s home in Bow, in July last year. The victim managed to run into his flatmate’s bedroom after 20 minutes and the suspect fled the scene taking £100 in cash.

Nine days later the suspect turned up at the victim’s place of work in Soho.

Police believe the suspect attended the Soho club the victim works at coincidentally, and say he left shortly after arriving. He was however captured on CCTV.

The suspect is described as black, 5ft 7ins and being in his late twenties. He has a London accent and is of a muscular build.
