A man is wanted for indecent exposure in the Lewisham area as victims have reported their experiences to the police.

As East London Lines reported earlier this week there have been a number incidents in  Brockley and New Cross  over the last few months.

Detectives have now released an e-fit of the suspect who  indecently exposed himself to young girls in the Ladywell and Brockley area.

The first reported incident was on 18 July. There have been further incidents with the latest on 27 October when he exposed himself to two young girls.

Megan Constable, 20, a student at Goldsmiths College, has experienced the same man exposing himself to her twice.

Victims have described him as white, between 5ft 6in and 5ft 10in. He is sometimes seen wearing a dark coloured beanie hat and carrying a dark sports bag.

Detective Constable Sunita Lincoln, Lewisham CID said: ‘We want to hear from anyone who might know who this man is, or who may have been a victim of his behaviour.

“If you haven’t come forward and have been targeted by this man we ask you to come forward and help us with this investigation as you may have important information.

“We also ask parents to remain vigilant and to report any suspicious behaviour.”
