Concern is growing for a 13-year old girl from Hackney who has been missing for two weeks.
Anieka Edwards, who is described as black, 5ft tall and of stocky build, was last seen in Walford Road, Stoke Newington and was wearing her Haggerston School Uniform – a grey skirt, white shirt and dark green blazer with a bright green trim. She has both ears pierced.
Detective Sergeant Paul Ridley of Hackney CID described Edwards as “a very vulnerable girl”, and asked anyone who might have seen her to get in touch. He said: “I would urge members of the public to look closely at her photograph and for any sightings to contact police. She could be at various locations across [London].”
Police believe she may be travelling on London buses.
Anyone with information about Edwards’ whereabouts is asked to call police on 101.
