All along the east London line are fun activities to occupy you on Valentines Day and over half term term next week. From Valentines dance classes to silent discos, and from arts and crafts sessions to children’s magic shows, there’s something for the whole family.

Black Lodge Valentine’s Special, February 14

It will be a night of Lynchian mystery on Stoke Newington Church Street, featuring a live performance from Parenthesis Dot Dot Dot.

Love Hackney London’s Fashion Week, February 14 – 18

Hackney House will be running a series of events showcasing the work of local designers and running seminars to support start-up fashion businesses in the borough.

Cut Up! Family at the Whitechapel Gallery, February 14

Create a Living Collage with artist Serena Korda through a variety of art making activities and spoken word. Watch short films for children and explore the gallery with a new family trail.

Valentine’s Night with Swing Patrol, February 14
