Two 17-year-olds appeared at Bromley Youth Court today, charged with murder in relation to the death of a 26-year-old man in Lewisham on Sunday evening.
An investigation was opened on Monday by the Homicide and Major Crime Command following the fatal stabbing of Alex Scott on Eltham Road, Lee.
Scott suffered stab wounds to the chest, and was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.
The London Ambulance Service alerted police to the incident at around 9.45pm on Sunday.
Inspector Shaun Carre-Brown said: “Early indications suggest that the victim was involved in an argument with two males before being stabbed.”
