Itchy Toothpicks

Itchy Teeth pick their favourite local unsigned acts for a night dedicated to celebrating raw musical talent. Mini stalls of arts and crafts, vintage clothes and delicious handmade snacks will help to make this night a memorable one.

Catford Cats exhibition

Shirley Windmill open day

Although the windmill ceased working in about 1890 it has recently been restored, so there is a lot to see. An amazing chance to see the inner workings of a windmill.

Summer cycling

This cycling group will include fun, off-road instructor-led cycling sessions that will help you keep active throughout the summer months, and it's free! Bikes and helmets will be provided and all are welcome; you don’t need to be an experienced cyclist to join.

Botanical arts session

Hackney electric boom exhibition

Electric Bloom focuses on Hackney’s strong links with the textile industry in the 19th century and the exotic gardens and hothouses created by the Loddiges family in Hackney over 200 years ago. At this time visitors from all corners of the globe came to Hackney to experience an amazing display of tropical plants and flowers from around the world.
