Model Market

Following last years’ success Street Feast has returned to Model Market serving tasty portable dinners from the likes of Rola Wala, Mother Flipper and SmokeStak alongside drinks most notably including, alcoholic slushies and shandies served from an old hair salon. Based in a formerly abandoned 1950s covered market, you can find a spot among the outdoor and indoor eating spaces, or head up to the rooftop to catch the evening sun.

When: Until September 26 every Friday and Saturday, 5pm – 1am

Bathe On Blackheath Beach this summer

The Victorian-themed On Blackheath Beach offers London’s seaside lovers the opportunity to feast on an array of pop-up eateries, indulge in cakey treats and listen to live music all while dipping their toes in the sand. The urban beach also hosts a Punch & Judy show, daily activities and a ‘Seaside Sunday Brunch’ with coffee and baked goods. Entry is free but space is limited so make sure you arrive early to lay your towel down!

The Airballoon Garden Party

An extension of Airballoon Records, this family run festival will be bringing some of best Indie folk and acoustic artists to Rickman Hill Park in Coulsdon this August bank holiday weekend. With headline performances from Willie and the Bandits and Keston Cobblers Club, along with a rodeo ride and surf simulator, make sure you don’t miss out on this newcomer festival! You’ll also get money off your ticket if you make a contribution to Croydon Foodbank.

‘Happy Ever After’ Festival

The free ‘Happy Ever After’ family festival will transform Weavers Fields Pocket Park into a fairy-tale wonderland featuring performances, potion-making workshops, mystical storytelling and badly-behaved goblins. Families can also watch the magic unfold while feasting at banqueting tables.

Floating Cinema comes to Bow

Berlin Bottomless Rooftop Brünch

Berlin brunch is back for an August rooftop event where there’ll be deck chairs, seasonal cocktails and unlimited coffee from Volcano coffee works. Hidden away above London Fields’ Railway Arches, the rooftop bar will also host a live local DJ playing Berlin Tunes while serving up a selection of German cold cuts, cheeses and other treats.

Retro Video Gaming at Joypad Arcade
