A man has been charged with the murder of a 25-year-old father of three in Hackney.

Following his arrest in Birmingham on Tuesday morning, Christopher Erunse, 27, from Greenwich appeared at Thames Magistrates Court earlier today and was charged with the murder of Moses Fadairo.

Fadairo was shot in broad daylight on Chatsworth Road, Lower Clapton at around 2pm on September 26, and died at the scene.

Erunse was also charged with attempted murder and the possession of a firearm.

A post-mortem held on Wednesday 31, confirmed that Fadairo was killed after being shot in the chest.

Two other men had been arrested on suspicion of murdering Fadairo.

A 23-year-old man was bailed until early December, whilst a second 25 year old man was released with no further action taken against him in relation to the murder. But he was arrested again on suspicion of possessing an offensive weapon and has been bailed.
