Female Pro Wrestling Event

About: Although the ban on women’s wrestling event was lifted in 1987, London’s first ever all-female professional wrestling event takes place on Sunday. EVE Wrestling, an all-female wrestling group, making history with this 18+ event at Cre8 lifestyle centre.

The Little Festival in Shoreditch

About: A unique hybrid of clubbing and festivals, the Little Festival will be putting its stamp on 93 Feet East this Saturday. The two rooms of the venue will play tech house and techno. DJs include Samu.l, ASHWORTH and Jimmy Switch.

Knock2bag Comedy Night

About: Knock2bag, one of Time Out’s top five comedy nights in London, returns on Saturday. Headlined by eccentric comedian Paul Foot, the event will also host a combination of famous names and handpicked ‘ones to watch’, including James Acaster, Joey Page and Ivo Graham.

About: The story of Bagpuss and the Clangers, alongside other Smallfilms characters such as Soup Dragon and Noggin the Nog, will be told at the V&A Museum of Childhood, at an exhibition which opens on March 19. Discover the original puppets, sets and filming equipment and learn about stop-frame animation.

Croydon Craft beer festival 2016

Date : March 17-19

About: For the second year running Croydon is hosting the Craft Beer Festival, where 40 different London breweries will be supplying a selection of fresh beers.  There will be beers from Belleville, By the Horns, London Beer Factory and many others, along with a worldwide selection of bottled or canned beers.

On your marks for Sport Relief challenge

About: At 1pm the event begins with a Wheel For Wellbeing cycling mile, moving onto the Croydon Harriers athletics club’s timed miles at 2pm, then finally the main one mile charity run at 3pm.

About: Life on the Western Front is  new exhibition designed to explore stories from 1916 in the First World War. It includes personal testimonies from both sides of the war, including key figures such as Lord Kitchener. There will be 600 original artefacts that have never been displayed before.
