Metropolitan police have launched an investigation after a teenaged girl was raped in a Clapton park in the afternoon.
Police said girl, 17, was approached by two males in their early 20s while she was walking past a bus stop in Lea Bridge Road on Thursday (October 20).
The victim was forced into Millfields Park, where one of the suspects raped her, while the other one watched the whole incident.
After the attack, at around 2-4pm, both of them left. The first suspect is believed to be a skinny, black man of Somali appearance, wearing a black T-shirt and grey trousers, who had his eyebrow pierced.
The second man was described a light-skinned black man of medium built, with cropped dark hair.
He was wearing jogging bottoms and black and white trainers.
