With Halloween around the corner, it’s time to start planning how to spend the spooky weekend. To help you out, we have gathered some of the coolest things happening across East London, ranging from ghoulish farm days and triple-bill film screenings to ‘80s Halloween discos and indoor festivals.

Horror Triple-Bill Screening

TOWER HAMLETS
Stepney Day of the Dead
Date: October 30, 11-4pm
Cost: free
Location: Stepney Farm, E1 3DG
About: Take the kids to enjoy Halloween Stepney style, exploring the natural cycles of life, death and ‘waste’. The day includes composting tours, plastic bag crocheting, ghoulish drawing, ‘guess the body part’ game and microscope discoveries. Also visit its ‘death café’, selling healthy locally produced food.

Eerie London Street Art Tour and Workshop
Date: From October 22 to November 6
Cost: £495 for up to six people
Location: various, across the East End
About: Although expensive, the event is bespoke and packed full of spooky, creative activities. The fun starts with a 190-minute walking tour, led by a street artist around London’s East End to look at spooky graffiti in the darker corners of London. Inspired by the artistic streets, you will then head to a special workshop to paint on your own canvas, for your home.

Haven’t Stopped Dancing Yet Halloween Party

From Dice till Dawn
