Millwall, who haven’t lost a game since December will welcome last years’ premier league champions Leicester City to the Den today (February 18) in an FA cup fifth round clash.
The Foxes definitely haven’t reached the heights of their last season having won just one match in their last 10 but will still be optimistic ahead of their visit to a team 33 league places beneath them.
However, The Den has had a particularly formidable reputation this season, especially for premier league sides, after Millwall knocked out both Bournemouth and Watford in home ties.
Leicester, on the other hand, have had a less steady ascent to the fifth round having to replay their previous fixture against championship side Derby eventually beating them in extra time of the second leg.
Leicester are also currently fighting a relegation battle and are just one point above the drop zone and this will probably take priority for Claudio Ranieri’s side.
Attendance for the game is expected to be above 20,000 after the match sold out on Wednesday and Leister will be bringing their full allocation of 3,200 fans. Surrounding local pubs and bars are sure to be packed out with attendance for this game being double the average for last season.
