Police hunt man wanted for fraud and theft

Police in Newham are appealing for help to find Yannick Kabea-Mokoko, wanted for questioning regarding a number of theft and fraud offences all committed in 2016.


According to the Metropolitan Police, the 27-year-old, also  known  as  Tashan  Brown  and  Tirrell  Miller,  is: “a black  man,  5ft  6in  tall,  brown  eyes,  short  black  hair, short black beard, with a London accent.”

He has a number of tattoos including two on his left arm stating: “MONEY ROLLS AROUND ME BASH” and “BORN  2  MAKE  MONEY”.  He  also  has  a  cross on his right arm and the name “CRISTAL” with a heart around it on he left side of his chest.”

Anyone who might have information on Kabea-Mokoko’s location is asked to call police in Newham on 101; 07881 330951 or 0208  217 5889. Police also recommend to not approach him if seen and call 999 immediately. To remain anonymous contact Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

Last month 121 robbery cases were registered in Hackney. The borough listed a total of 2,361 crimes in January, a slight increase on the total crimes in January 2016, according to the Metropolitan Police statistics.
