Police are searching for Millwall Fans in relation to racist chanting directed at Tottenham Hotspur player Heung Min-Son during the FA Cup quarter-final at White Hart Lane last weekend.
Two men have already been charged with public order offences, and Tottenham have agreed to turn over CCTV footage to the police, hoping to identify more offenders.
In a club statement, Tottenham said: “We shall be passing on all of our footage to the relevant authorities, which can assist with the identification of anyone responsible for such chanting at yesterday’s [Saturday’s] game.”
Millwall manager Neil Harris told Sky Sports: ”What I will say is me personally – and the club – we won’t condone that…We came here in the right spirit, to enjoy an FA Cup quarter-final, so if that’s proven to have been to the detriment to the competition then I’m sure it will be left to the authorities.”
Heung Min-Son let his actions on the pitch do his talking though, scoring a hat-trick in Tottenham’s 6-0 over Millwall, along with goals from Christian Eriksen, Vincent Janssen and Dele Alli.
