Today officially marks the first day of the Christmas season. This means we can tear open the first door on our advent calendars and shamelessly attend any Christmas events we have been secretly wanting to go to since the first cold day in November.

But this Christmas season, try something a little different. That is why we have compiled these  quirky Christmas events happening across each of our boroughs just for you! From burlesque and bingo to an  anti-Christmas market,  you can put an alternative spin on your conventional Christmas traditions.
