A 16-year-old boy from Wandsworth has appeared in court charged with the murder of Louis Johnson who was stabbed to death at East Croydon station earlier this week.
The teenager who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared before magistrates at Highbury Corner court this morning. He is accused of killing Louis Johnson, also 16, who was stabbed as he was leaving the station around 4:30pm on Monday. British Transport Police and ambulance crews were called to the scene but could not save him.
The defendant was remanded in custody and is set to appear at the Old Bailey on Monday.
