Diwali is also known as the ‘Festival of Lights’ and is celebrated in India and some parts of South Asia. The festival celebrates the win of good over evil, and the triumph of light over darkness.

Diwali is usually celebrated by Hindus, Sikhs, Jains, and some Buddhists over a span of 5 days.

As the vibrant Festival of Lights approaches, communities across the city are preparing to celebrate Diwali in grand style. Whether you’re looking for cultural performances or delicious Indian feasts, there’s no shortage of exciting events to light up your Diwali festivities.

Diwali will be celebrated this year on October 31 and November 1 this year.
