This comes just three days after a fire broke out in a West London tower block leaving 17 people dead and hundreds without a home. Firefighters are still currently at the scene in Grenfell Tower.
Following the Grenfell Tower atrocity questions are now being asked about fire safety regulations in tower blocks with the focus being on ex Croydon MP and Housing Minister Gavin Barwell, whom was due to be reviewing these regulations, specifically focusing on fire safety in tower blocks.
