Bonfire Night is coming soon and with three boroughs to pick and choose from, EastLondonLines has you covered in your Guy Fawkes Night plans.
With spectacular events spread across Lewisham, Croydon and Tower Hamlets , no matter where you are you can get “Oooooh” and “Ahhhhh” at some of London’s best displays.
Blackheath fireworks event this year is expected to attract around 100.000 visitors. With the cost being about £1.50 per head, the event is proud to be one of the only Bonfire Nights in London that is brought to you for free.
Blackheath is our top choice for this year’s celebrations. The event is funded by Lewisham council.
Croydon and Tower Hamlets firework display will cost you. With specified best spots to view and heightened security these events will mean a nicer experience for visitors. Normally attracting tens of thousands of people, it’s well worth the outlay and shouldn’t deter visitors from picking up a sparkler and joining in the Guy Fawkes fun.
Hackney has no events lined up this year and the council has encouraged people to go to Tower Hamlets instead.
Bellow you can find a complete list of all the sparkling fun across east London.
