Millwall did the business at the New Den on Saturday by beating promotion rivals Swindon 3-2 in a thrilling match before a near capacity crowd of 17,083.

They knew that if Leeds United drew or lost at home to Bristol Rovers and they overcame Swindon, they would grab the automatic promotion spot from League One to the Championship. And there were 4 minutes of the game when this was the reality.

But Leeds went 2-1 up at Elland Road, and now the Lions could face Swindon again in the play-off final at Wembley if they are to achieve their dream of returning to Championship football.
