A man has been charged in connection with the murder of Ramane Wiggan in West Norwood in 2019.
Hudhaifah Cranston, 27, of Croydon, appeared at Bromley Magistrates Court on Wednesday charged with murder and was remanded in custody to appear again at the Old Bailey on Friday. He was arrested on Monday.
Wiggan was fatally shot on a balcony at a block of flats in March 2019. Another man, Kaine Gilead 26, from Surbiton, was convicted of the murder in August.
